Misc. Notes
C.D. (Charles D.), J. M. (James Madison), and David (N.) Quinn were brothers. There as well were brothers named Terry, Gideon W., and William who reportedly were doctors, sisters named Delilah & Ellen. Terry died in Oglethorpe County, Georgia, from an overdose of chloroform doctoring his own toothache.

The Wiley Quinn of the 1850 Choctaw County census is of my family and not known to be related to these others who were children of a Charles and Rebecca Nicholson Quinn from Edgefield, South Carolina. Charles died in Monroe County, Georgia, and Rebecca and family with slaves relocated to Choctaw County, Mississippi, where she appeared on the 1840 census.

James Madison Quinn at some point relocated to Pickens County, Alabama, where he died in 1894.
