Brian Scott Hancock, age 42 of Grenada, entered into the Kingdom of Heaven and his mother’s loving arms on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 after a brief illness.
Scott was born on February 20, 1978 in Grenada, Mississippi to Michael Ray Hancock and the late Judy Gail Ingram Hancock.
Scott was a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and spent his career in the food and beverage industry in Hattiesburg and in his favorite city, New Orleans. He will be remembered as a very kind, loving and good-hearted person with a host of talents.
Scott was preceded in death by his mother, Judy Gail Hancock.
He is survived by his sister, Merrell Rae Hourguettes and her husband, Jack of Gluckstadt; his father, Michael Hancock of Grenada; a niece, Hallie Gail Hourguettes; and his beloved Boston Terrier, Lenny.
