Mrs. Nappier was born October 19, 1936 in Rayville, LA and passed away Monday, February 28, 2011 in Winnsboro, LA.

Mrs. Evelyn was preceded in death by her Husband, Leslie Nappier; Son, Louis Preston Nappier; Grandson, Stacy Faircloth; Brothers; James Edward "Buddy" Avants, John Henry "Johnny" Avants; Sisters, Lula Mae Thomas, Willie Mae Bell; and Parents, Josie and Vardaman Avants.

Survivors include her Son, George Edward Nappier and wife, Angie of Rayville; Daughters, Debra Faircloth and husband, Tommy of Zwolle, LA., Cathy Eley and husband, P.J. of Newport, TN.; Grandchildren, Laurie Williams and husband, Joe of Zwolle, LA., Kansas Nappier of Rayville, Cameron Nappier of Rayville; Great Grandchildren, Cheyenne Williams of Zwolle, LA., Joey Williams of Zwolle, LA.; Sister, Nettie Ruth Hill and husband, John of Start and Numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Pallbearers were Johnny Bell, Billy Bell, Alvin Bell, J.P. Walker, Edward Avants and B.J. Davis.
