Mr. Clark was preceded in death by his mother Effie (Avant) Clark and his father Charly Chapman Clark of Mars Hill, MS.
Mr. Clark is survived by his wife of 61 years Nina Jean (Cockerham) Clark; daughters, Pat (Steve) Condley of Arlington, TX and Sandy Clark Foster of Gulfport, MS; son Chuck (Penny) Clark of Diamondhead, MS; grandchildren April Condley Kapsos, Greg Condley, Elaine Clark Sumrell, Katie and Kelsey Foster along with 4 great grandchildren.
