She is survived by her husband, Joseph E. Blanchard Sr.; a
stepson, Joseph Blanchard Jr.; a sister, Minnie Lee Cotton;
five grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Ella
Brown; a daughter, Bonnie Workinger; and a stepdaughter,
Joan B. Toups.
