Donald M. Cathy, also known as Bubba, serves as an Executive Vice President and Member of Executive Committee of Chick-fil-A, Inc. and serves as its President of Dwarf HouseĀ®, Inc.

Mr. Cathy is responsible for the administration of the Chick-fil-A Dwarf House concept which presently operates 14 locations in metro Atlanta. As a family dining concept for Chick-fil-A, the full-service Dwarf House restaurants offer table and counter waitress service, self-service dining and a drive-thru window. He is also supervising Chick-fil-A's new family dining concept called "Truett's GrillĀ®," as well as our new full-service restaurant, Marko's Chick-fil-A Heritage Inn in Port Orange, Florida. He further oversees Winshape Homes, Long-term foster homes, Winshape Wilderness, a team building program and WinShape Regreat, a marriage enrichment center.

Mr. Cathy joined the Chick-fil-A, Inc. in January 1976 as a construction apprentice, operated a Chick-fil-A mall restaurant for four years and served in several corporate positions includes Corporate Senior Vice President and President of Dwarf House in 1995. Mr. Cathy is a member of the First Baptist Church of Jonesboro where he teaches a newlywed Bible study class with his wife.

Mr. Cathy graduated from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, with a bachelor of science degree in marketing.
