She was born Nov. 13, 1919, in Itawamba County to the late H.C. and Myrtle Mackleroy Adams. She was a retired homemaker and a member of Salem Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Richard Allen Beam and wife, Julia, of Fulton; six grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Ivy Beam, in 1994; and a son, Eugene Beam.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Beam, Chester Harnage, Jimmy Harnage, Ricky Adams, Gary Stephens and Johnny Adams.
