FULTON - Angie Lou Summers, 82, died Monday, May 28, 2007, at Dogwood Plantation in Fulton. She was born Feb. 14, 1925, in Alabama to the late William Burl and Lannie Roxanna Crane Howell. She was a retired homemaker and a member of the Fulton Church of Christ, where she helped prepare Meals on Wheels for families and friends.

Survivors include one daughter, Patti Wallace (Tony) of Fulton; two sons, Larry Summers (Brenda) of Yazoo City and Ricky Summers (Sheila) of Lafayette, La.; six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; two sisers, Edna Davis of Red Bay, Ala., and Inez Whitehead of Memphis.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Graden Summers, in 1993 and her parents.

Pallbearers will be Jason Wallace, Billy Grubbs, Bill Summers, Wilburn Smith, Bill Howell and Brock Reese. Honorary pallbearers will be Buster Davis, Doug Smith, Richard Davis, Jim Reed Gilliland and Joe Williams.
