William Thomas Brumley, the son of Stephen Brumley and Martha Andrews was an inmate of Wetumpka, (Walls) State Prison in Elmore County, Alabama, from 24 Oct 1890 until his death on 26 June 1892. His sentence was for manslaughter, and the cause of his death was paralysis.
