Charles was the husband of Madeline Astor Rogers Wester(4/26/1912-8/29/1985). They had one daughter together named Madeline Ann Wester Biggs(1943-2011).
He was a veteran of WW II and Korea and served as a cook in Alaska. He lived on Chase Street in Pensacola briefly with the rest of the family before joining the service. After World War II ended his family moved into a house on Kalash St. in Navy Point, Pensacola, Florida. Sometime after his Korean War Service he got out of the military for good and became a Postal Service employee. He also drove a truck for a furniture company for a few years.
