FRANCES LATIMER SEILER (Age 66) died suddenly on Saturday, July 26, 2008 at her home in Gainesville, Virginia.

She was born in Atlanta, GA and graduated from The Westminster Schools. She received an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and a Masters of education degree from Armstrong State College in Savannah, GA. She was a special education teacher for over 30 years. Her last teaching position was with McLean School of Maryland in Potomac, MD.

She was actively involved in the Episcopal Church throughout her life. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, COL Walter C. Seiler, USA (Ret.); two daughters, Dr. Frances L. Seiler of Sitka, AK and Margaret S. Bibbo of Montevideo, Uruguay; two grandchildren, Catherine A. Bibbo and William J. Bibbo; and a brother, Philip B. Latimer of Olympia, WA. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at St. James Episcopal Church, 11815 Seven Locks Road, Potomac, MD. Interment will follow at 3 p.m. at Arlington National Cemetery.
