Robert George was born February 20, 1665. Fran Waggener citing "The Virginia Genealogist, The Blakey-George Bible Record (Family Bible of Sarah (George) Blakey)", Vol. I.

The following are slaves of General Robert George wee baptized at Christ Church: (1) Phillis, a slave of Robert George, Sr., born 31 May 1722, (2) Will, son of Kate, born 24 September 1724, (3) Hamaton, son of Kate, born 17 September 1731, (4) Sarah, a slave of Robert George, Sr. died 22 August 1721. Fran Waggener citing "National Society of Colonial Dames of America, State of Virginia".

General Robert George is buried at Christ Church Cemetery. "Descendants of Isaac George" by Fran Waggener, 1997.

On February, 1706/07, Robert George with John Chidell (Cheadle Cheedle) bought1,100 acres of land in Essex County from Thomas Tinsley. Six months later, onMay 8, Robert George and Sarah, his wife, and John Chidell and Hannah, his wife sold to Thomas Tinsley 1,150 acres in Essex County.

In 1724 Robert purchased 270 acres of land in Essex County from Thomas Crow, a planter. Five years later in 1729, Robert gave this land to his son, John.

Robert made his Will sometime in the year 1733. The month and day of the writing are not known because the Will was town. He died January 21, 1733/34 and his Will was proven on March 5, 1733/34.

"In the name of God amen, I, Robert George, of the Parish of Christ Church in the County of Middlesex being sick and weak of body but of perfect mind and memory for which thanks be given unto God do make and ordain this my Last Wil and Testament viz principally and first of all I give and recommend my sould into the hands of God who gave it and my body to the earth to be buried i a Christian like and decent matter at the discreation of the executors hereafter named and as to willing such wordly possessions as it hath pleased God to bless me within this life I dispose of in the following manner.

ITEM: Igive and bequeath to my son John George all that tract of land that I purchased of Thomas Crow in the County of Essex whereon the said John George now lives,to him and his heirs forever together with the stocks of cattle, horses, sheepand all other valuable estate on the said plantation.

ITEM: I five and bequeath unto my son Richard George, and to his heirs forever all that tract of land together with all appurtenances whereon I now live together with his stocks of cattle, horses, and sheep with their increase. I also give to the said Richard George a feather bed and furniture and two cows to him and his heirs forever.

ITEM: I Give and bequeath to my daughter (illegible) the wife of Robert Williamson (certain things) to her and her heirs forever.

ITEM: I give and bequeath to my daughter Susanna, the wife of John Thompson (certain things) to herand her heirs forever.

ITEM: I give unto my grandson Robert Mickelborough one negro boy named Sampson to him and his heirs forever.

ITEM: I give and bequeath to my grandson, Richard Tilman, one negro girl named Winney and her increase to him and his heirs forever.

ITeEML I give unto my granddaughter Sarah Tilman, one negro woman named Alice and her increase from this time to her and her heirs forever, provided that at her marriage or arriving the age of eighteen years she have the said negro and the child or children she shall happen to have boen on this time and have valued and pay
