Isaac Pledger had a draw in the
Georgia Land Lottery of 1821 drawing from Captain Leroy Upshaw's District. He also had two draws in the
Gold Lottery of 1832.
Isaac and his family were living in Elbert County when the 1830 and 1840 census was taken. They are both named on the 1850 census in Clarke County, Georgia, where Isaac was a factory operator. They were still living in Clarke County in 1860 near Athens and Isaac was a farmer.
An Isaac Ginn left a will in Elbert County, Georgia, in 1847 in Will Book A, pg. 104, but it doesn't mention Polly. There was also a Sarah Ginn who drew in the 1838 Georgia Lottery in Elbert County, as a widow of a Revolutionary War soldier. Mary was on the 1870 census as a head of household in Athens, Clarke County, Georgia, with a daughter and granddaughter listed with her, and Isaac was listed at the home of his son, James, with the occupation of shoemaker.
