It is very questionable that Elizabeth’s surname is Simcoke, Simcock, etc. for the lack of sources to prove it.
It is also unlikely that she was the mother of all his children. She would not have been the mother of Joseph Jr. since he was born in Massachusetts as were Joseph Sr's nine oldest children. Elizabeth Simock was likely his second wife.
It is an opinion that his first wife also named Elizabeth was the daughter Samuel Cornett Lincoln and Martha Lyford who arrived in Boston 1637. Their daughter Elizabeth was born in Hingham in 1652 and one may accept she was the one who married Joseph Large Sr in 1672.
