Mrs. Jesker A. Miles, 88, passed away Thursday, December 4, 2014, in Little Rock, AR. She was born July 21, 1926 in Fulton to the late Ellie Harrison Hood and the late Dora Vera Randolph Hood.
After marriage in 1948 to Matison Laudis Miles, they moved to Zion, IL and lived there until 1960. Then the family moved back to Fulton where she worked at the Itawamba County A.S.C.S., the ICC Library, and the Fulton Church of Christ. In 2012, she moved back to Little Rock to be closer to her children.
Survivors include her Daughter, Wanda (Tom) Walker of Little Rock, AR, Son, Garry Miles of Dallas, TX, Granddaughters: Emily Miles, Bethany Walker, Kathryn Walker (Michael) Hester, Grandsons: Matt Miles and Connor Walker; Brothers: Olun (Pat) Hood and Harold (Mary) Hood; Sister, Clara Holloway, 20 Nieces and Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Matison Laudis Miles, Brother, Ellie Hood Jr.
Pallbearers will be Connor Walker, Michael Hester, Joey Cox, Jordan Oliver, Eric Oliver, and Chris Sisk.

He was owner of M. L. Miles Grocery and Market located east of Fulton.
Mr. Miles was an active member of the Fulton Church of Christ where he served as an Elder and Bible school teacher. He was a member of the board of directors of the Itawamba County Fair Association.
Survivors included his wife, Jesker Alene Miles; a daughter, Wanda; and a son, Garry Matt, all of the home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. I. M. Miles of Fulton; three brothers, Grady, Hubert and William, all of Fulton; and a sister, Mrs. Shellie Rankin of Zion, Illinois.
