The will is brief and makes no mention of children other than leaving what he had to his wife and children. The reverse side of the will refers to Zadock's wife as Elizabeth Mears not Mares and is recorded February, 1790.

Witnessesed by a James Mills (who was also a witness on the Ezekiel Pritchett Will in 1796
