Ted Riney, 46, of Memphis, passed away Monday, July 30, 2001 at his home.
He was born 24 Aug 1954 in Memphis the son of Raymond and Dorothy Shalley Riney. He married Oleva Kice, August 12, 1995 in Memphis.
After graduating from Scotland County R-1 High School, Ted worked for a number of different employers including the Chariton Calley Home for the Handicapped, Premium Standard Farms, and Barker & Company. He was a member of the Timber Ridge Golf Course, a patron member of the U S Golf Association, and a social member of the VFW. He played softball for several teams in the tri-state area, and was an avid golfer and Mizzou sports fan.
Ted was preceded in death by his mother.
Survivors include his father, Raymond of Memphis; two brothers: Richard Mathes and wife, Sharon and family of Topeka, Kansas, Lynn Riney and wife, Karyn, of Lawrence, Kansas and Oleva Riney of Memphis; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
