Stephanie Reneé Avent age 49 passed away with her family by her side on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. Stephanie was born on January 16, 1975 to Harold Gene and Shirley Anne Fason Avent in Webster County, MS.
She was a graduate of Eupora High School and later earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Mississippi State University. Upon finishing her degree, she was a Marketing Agent for Hilton Hotels Incorporated.
Stephanie is survived by her two children; Lila Reece Ming and Ashton Morgan both of Mantee, MS, her parents; Harold Gene and Shirley Anne Fason Avent of Eupora, MS and host of family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents; M.D. and Charlene Avent and maternal grandparents; Willis and Ruby Fason.
She was a member of LifePoint Church in Mathiston, MS where she served and attended faithfully. Stephanie loved the Lord and left an impact on many through her illness. Stephanie’s favorite scripture was Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Pallbearers will be Tim Avent, Nathan Avent, Dallas Avent, Brant Avent, Josh Threet and Larry Fason. Honorary Pallbearers are Aaron Tisdale and Eric Avent.
