He was Born July 6, 1945 to the late Garvin and Irene Beam Butler in Itawamba County. He Retired from Mueller Brass after 26 of Service. He was the Past Master Mason of the Richmond Lodge 997. He enjoyed Mississippi State Football, Fishing, Traveling, and Spending Time with his Family and Friends.
He is survived by his Wife and Best Friend of 49 years Carolyn Butler of Fulton; Daughter, Amy Straver and Husband, Kevin, of Blue Mountain, MS; three Brothers, Henry Butler and Wife, Wilhelmenia, of Booneville; Dexter Butler and Wife, Linda, of Amory; and Alvie Butler and Wife, Lanelle, of the Eggville Community; one Brother In Law, John Hathcock of Amory; two Special Friends, Elisha and Destine Duckworth of Marietta; Several Nieces and Nephews.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, Garvin and Irene Butler; Grandson, Howie Murphy; three Brothers, Edgar Butler, William Butler, and W.G. Butler, one Sister, Lila Hathcock.
