At the conclusion of the service, the United States Air Force Military Funeral Honors Team will conduct military honors.
A native of Ramsey, IL and a local resident since 1999, when he moved here from Bloomington, IN, Mac was a retired Heating and Air Conditioning technician for over 20 years with Indiana University; a Christian and a Korean War Veteran that served in the United States Air Force.
"Mac" is survived by his wife of 62 years, Rose Marie McWhirter of Pinellas Park, FL; his sons: Jeffrey McWhirter of St Petersburg, FL and Anthony McWhirter of Oklahoma; his daughters: Debbie Fedor of New Port Richey, FL; Donna Marie LaBanca-Clark of Sanborn, IN; Colleen Branam of St Petersburg, FL and Carmella McWhirter of Melborne, FL: two brothers; Gary McWhirter and Michael McWhirter, both of Illinois; Barbara Coffell of Illinois; twelve (12) grandchildren and twelve (12) great grandchildren.
