"Tabitha Blanford the relict and executrix of William Mill, late of Calvert County deceased... exhibited her account of the execution of the Testament of the said MILL'S and showed that soon after the decease of the said MILL'S she intermarryed with the said Blanford & that the said Blanford managed her whole business in the Execution of the said Test & payd all the debts of the said deceased & therefore prayed that her acc't be admitted..."
According to on-line court records of Prince George's County, Maryland 1696-1699 page 432, there is a warrant for the arrest for Tabitha Blanford: "Hugh Fergison demands a Capias against Tabitha Blandford trespass on the Case: warrent to arrest and returne ut Supa." Then again on page 457 March 1699 Court 457: "Tabitha Blandford demands a Subpoena for William Mills and Thomas Blandford to testify inter her and Hugh Fegison: Warrant to Subpoena and returns ut Supra."
