Alice Faye Summers Hare , 69, died Monday May 7, 2012, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born May 14, 1942, to Ellis and Laverne Brazeal Summers.

She was a member of East Fulton Baptist Church. She worked at Lanier Clothes for many years. She enjoyed arts and crafts.

Survivors include her husband, John Hare, whom she married October 1, 1970; one son, Michael Hare (Patty); one daughter, Crystal Grimes (Danny), both of Dorsey; one brother, Jerry Summers (Linda) of Fulton; two sisters, Ann Dulaney and Bonnie Campbell (Harold), both of Tupelo; two grandchildren, Christopher Grimes and Melissa Grimes; a sister-in-law, Brenda Hare; four nieces, Candace Thomas (Landon), Samantha Williamson (Brandon), Kathryn Enlow (Lee), and Mandy McMillen (Jeff); two nephews, Lee Dulaney (Heather) and Leland Husband; three great-nieces and one great-nephew.

She was preceded in death by two brothers-in-law, Jerry Dulaney and Bobby Joe Hare; two nephews, Michael Summers and Jimmy Hare; and her parents.

Pallbearers will be Lee Dulaney, Leland Husband, Lee Enlow, Brandon Williamson, Landon Thomas, and Danny Grimes.
